By creating an account and using Truckger, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Truckger is a GPS-based trip tracking and mileage logging application designed for commercial vehicle operators. The service provides:

• •Mileage calculation and state crossing detection
• •Fuel purchase logging
• •IFTA quarterly report generation
• •Trip history and data export

3. User Eligibility

To use Truckger, you must:

• •Have the legal right to operate a commercial vehicle (if applicable)
• •Provide accurate and complete registration information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials

While we strive to provide accurate GPS tracking and calculations, Truckger cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to GPS signal quality, device hardware limitations, environmental conditions, and software algorithms. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data before using it for tax reporting or other official purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• •Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• •Share your account with unauthorized users
• •Submit false or fraudulent data
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service
• •Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• •Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

7. Subscription and Payments

Truckger may offer paid subscription plans with additional features. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• •Payments are processed through your device's app store
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• •Refunds are subject to app store policies
• •We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Truckger are owned by Truckger or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your trip data remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TRUCKGER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that GPS data will be 100% accurate, that reports will meet all regulatory requirements, or that the app will be compatible with all devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• •Loss of data
• •Fines or penalties from tax authorities
• •Business interruption
• •Inaccurate GPS tracking

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truckger, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or inaccurate data you provide.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

13. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or at your request. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may download your data within 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where Truckger is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Truckger shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
